Just prior to their debuts at the Los Angeles Auto Show in mid-November, Nissan launched the facelifted 2017 Versa Note and the 2017 JUKE Black Pearl Edition. Along with the NISMO and the Nissan Rogue: Rogue One Star Wars Limited Edition, the four were unveiled together at the LA Auto Show, but Nissan revealed the JUKE and Versa Note early because of the sheer volume of new Nissan vehicles debuting this and next year.
All four debuts follow Nissan’s “Year of the Truck” campaign, which has so far introduced the all-new 2017 Armada, Pathfinder, Rogue, and two TITANS. The new Versa Note has a new front end and fascia, its fluid v-shaped grille flowing into the headlights.
The Versa Note also comes with two new paint options, a metallic Monarch Orange and Deep Blue Pearl. VP of Product Planning Michael Bunce said the new design will help the Versa and Versa Note hold their position as the most popular entry-level car on the market.
The JUKE Black Pearl Edition is extremely limited, with only 1,250 units being produced: 1,000 for the US and 250 for Canada. The Black Pearl Edition will have white bumper accents, heated outside mirrors, black interior seats with white stitching, and other elements that add to its high-contrast appearance.
